In addition, conference sessions will cover the legislative outlook concerning retirement savings, portability of retirement assets, the use of technology in plan administration, state law considerations, plan design issues post-EGTRRA, Department of Labor initiatives and priorities, plan amendments under GUST and EGTRRA, required minimum distributions, and education savings programs.
