[14551] March 18, 2002 TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 10-02 RE: REMINDER - NOTICE OF MEETING - APRIL 9, 2002; NEW MEETING TIME AND USE OF VIDEOCONFERENCING As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Please note the meeting’s new starting time. Lunch will be available before the meeting. At this meeting, the Institute also will be utilizing videoconferencing technology to facilitate participation in the meeting by Institute members who are located in the western part of the country. Participation by videoconference will be available to Committee members at the Citicorp Center, One Sansome Street, 20th Floor, San Francisco, CA, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time. Lunch will be served following the meeting in California. Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate plan to attend the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California.
