RE: NASAA ANALYST EDUCATION SEMINAR

The North American Securities Administrators Association
("NASAA") is sponsoring an Analyst Education Seminar in Boston,
November 16-18, 1989. Generally, the attendees at this seminar
are the examiners who actually review the filings submitted for
registration of securities. Members of the State Liaison
Committee attended last year's seminar and found it extremely
beneficial to meet these individuals.
A copy of the brochure for the seminar is attached for your
information. NASAA has requested that attendees indicate which
"Track" they plan to participate in on the registration form.
