RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - NOVEMBER 3, 1989

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on Friday, November 3, 1989
beginning at 8:30 a.m. (continental breakfast will be served at
8:00 a.m.) in Plaza C of The Peabody Hotel which is located at
9801 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. The meeting is
being held just prior to this year's Operations Conference for
Investment Companies which will run from November 5 to 8 at The
Peabody in Orlando. A brochure about the conference is enclosed
for your information. Casual attire is recommended.
Sleeping rooms have been booked at The Peabody for nights
throughout the meeting and conference at a rate of $130.00 per
night. To make hotel reservations, you must call the hotel at
407/352-4000 no later than Thursday, October 12 and tell them you
want a room in the Investment Company Institute block. We urge
you to make your reservations as quickly as possible as the hotel
is beginning to fill up.
In order that we know exactly who will be attending this
meeting, we ask that you complete the attached blue form and
return it to Rita Pemberton at the Institute by Friday, October
20, 1989.
Discount tickets to Disney World and EPCOT Center will be
available at the meeting for members of this Committee (see
attached announcement).
