Committee member James Kiernan of DTCC, which is co-authored by Fayez N. Akhras,
President, International Financial Services & Technology and Peter Marshall, currently Vice
President, Mutual Fund Services, DTCC and was published in the International Funds Services
Review, Issue 3, February 2001. The article “Bound by Tradition” unravels European funds
cross-border distribution problems, and suggests ways to develop an industry solution.
