VIDEOCONFERENCE
Attached is a draft agenda for the SEC Rules Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday,
February 26th. If there are other issues that you would like us to include on the agenda, please

The meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room
on the 12th floor at the Institute. Light refreshments will be available before the meeting. As
previously indicated, we will be testing the use of videoconferencing at this meeting.
Committee members may participate in the meeting by videoconference at the offices of Pacific
Investment Management Company (PIMCO), 800 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA,
at 10:30 a.m. Pacific time, in the Plaza Conference Room on the first floor. Lunch will be served
following the meeting in California.
If you have not already done so, please indicate on the attached response form whether
you or an alternate will attend the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference
from California. (Only one person per complex may attend.) Please fax your response form to
