RE: NOTICE OF COMMITTEE MEETING - OCTOBER 18, 1989

This is to inform you that the next meeting of the
Operations Committee will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 1989
in the Wilson/Roosevelt Room at the Grand Hyatt which is located
at 1000 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin
at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to continue until approximately 4:00
p.m. Lunch will be served.
For your convenience, we have booked sleeping rooms at the
Grand Hyatt for the night of Tuesday, October 17, 1989 at the
rate of $168.00 (single or double). In order to make your room
reservations, you must call the hotel at 202/582-1234 by Monday,
October 2, 1989 and ask for a room in the Investment Company
Institute block.
So that we will know who will be attending this meeting,
please call Rita Pemberton at the Institute at 202/955-3551 by
Monday, October 2, 1989 to let her know whether or not you will
attend.
The Operations Committee agenda book will be sent to you
shortly.
