The Institute previously distributed the contact information for persons at banks to
whom regulated investment companies may send 2001 year-end tax information, as compiled
by the American Bar Association (called the “2001 ABA Contacts List”).1 Attached to this
memorandum is a significantly revised version of the 2001 ABA Contacts List which also is
available on the Institute’s members-only internet home page at http://members.ici.org
(“ICINet”).2
