RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR NOVEMBER 7 MEETING
Attached is a draft agenda for the Closed-End Investment Company Committee meeting
scheduled for Wednesday, November 7 at 11:00 a.m. As we previously informed you, in light
of the events of September 11, the Institute decided to permit Committee members to
participate by phone for this meeting.
Due to the large number of responses we received from members to participate by
phone, next Wednesday’s meeting will now be conducted exclusively by means of a conference
call. Therefore, if you have responded that you will be participating in this meeting, we will
have our conference call coordinator call you on November 7 at 11:00 a.m.
