RE: REMINDER- NOTICE OF MEETING - NOVEMBER 7, 2001
The next meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee will be held as
scheduled on Wednesday, November 7, 2001 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute,
1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. However, in light of the tragic events of September 11,
Committee members will be permitted to participate by phone for this meeting. In addition, to
allow members additional time to travel to the Washington, D.C. area and to accommodate
those members who will participate by phone from the west coast, the meeting will now be held
at 11:00 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor instead of the original 10:00
a.m. scheduled start time. Lunch will be served at the meeting.
Please indicate in the space provided below whether you or an alternate plan to attend
the meeting in person or by phone. If you plan to participate by phone, please provide a phone
number where our conference call coordinator can reach you at the time of the meeting. In
addition, please provide on the form below any items that you would like to discuss at the
meeting. A draft agenda will follow under separate cover.
