RE: 2001 OPERATIONS CONFERENCE AND NOVEMBER 4 COMMITTEE MEETING
CANCELLED
As a result of the tragic events of September 11, the 2001 Operations Conference and
Service Provider Exhibition scheduled from November 4-7 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
in Orlando, FL has been cancelled. Accordingly, the Operations Committee meeting scheduled
to take place on November 4th at the same venue has also been cancelled. The conference will
not be rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes our members.
In the weeks ahead, we will consider, in consultation with members, whether and where
to reschedule the Operations Committee meeting.
Please be reminded that the spring meeting of the Operations Committee is scheduled to
take place at the ICI offices in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 18, 2002. Further details will
be announced in due time.
