The SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for
Tuesday, October 10, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held
in the South American Room of the Capital Hilton Hotel, 1001 16th
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Please call (202) 393-1000 as
soon as possible if you wish to make reservations. The cut-off
date for room reservations is September 19, 1989.
A joint lunch will be served for both the SEC Rules and
Investment Adviser Committees following the meeting. It is
important that you indicate in the spaces provided below if you
or an alternate plan to attend the joint luncheon and/or either
of the committee meetings, as well as the requested committee
membership information.
