RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - OCTOBER 16, 2001
The first meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been
scheduled for Tuesday, October 16, 2001 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute,
1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the David
Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor. Lunch will be served at the meeting.
Please indicate in the space provided below whether you or an alternate plan to attend
the meeting. In addition, please provide on the form below any items that you would like to
discuss at the meeting. A draft agenda will follow under separate cover.
