RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - OCTOBER 23, 2001
In conjunction with the Institute’s Equity Markets Conference, a meeting of the Equity
Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2001 at the Hilton
New York, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York. The meeting will be held at
2:30 p.m. Further details, including a draft agenda for the meeting, will follow under separate
cover. Following the conclusion of the meeting, we are planning a dinner for Committee
members as well as conference speakers at 6:45 p.m. The specific location of the dinner also will
follow under separate cover.
Please indicate in the spaces provided below whether you or an alternate plan to attend
the meeting and the dinner following the meeting. In addition, please provide on the form
below any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet registered for the Equity Markets Conference on
October 24, please do so as soon as possible. The registration deadline for the conference is
