Kathie McGrath called me on Friday, August 25th to reopen
this issue. I urged her to leave it alone at this time due to
the large number of existing series and the fact that the
Institute is concentrating its efforts on the development of a
proposed final performance package for unit trusts.
I believe that I was successful, but Kathie concluded by
stating that we owe the SEC a proposed final package by December
7, 1989.
