Attached is the preliminary agenda for the Tax Committee meeting to be held in
Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 5, 2001 -- beginning at 9:30 a.m. As we previously informed
you,1 this meeting -- as well as the distribution-related issues meeting on June 4 (beginning at
2:00 p.m.)2 -- will be held at the Marquette Hotel (710 Marquette Avenue). Attire for these
meetings will be business casual.
