RE: MEETING AGENDA - MAY 16, 2001
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held on May 16,
2001 at the Washington Hilton Hotel and Towers. The meeting will take place in the Monroe
Room on the Concourse Level and will begin at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon and the
meeting is expected to conclude no later than 3 p.m.
Business attire for the meeting.
The hotel is located at 1919 Connecticut Avenue, NW in Washington, DC. It is
approximately 20 minutes from Washington’s Reagan National Airport.
BDAC RECEPTION AND DINNER – MAY 15
On May 15, there will be a reception for committee members at the Washington Hilton
Hotel from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Dupont Room on the Terrace Level. Following the reception,
committee members participating in the dine-around will leave for the restaurant of their
choice. Please review the attached attendee list to determine your restaurant selection.
Business casual attire for the reception and dinner.
BDAC WALKERS – MAY 16
On May 16, all BDAC meeting attendees are invited to participate in a walk through
upper Connecticut Avenue and Embassy Row. Participants are asked to meet in the Terrace
Level Lobby of the Washington Hilton Hotel for a 45-minute walk that will begin promptly at
7:00 a.m.
Attached is the meeting agenda. Meeting attendees will receive a package containing
attendee lists, a summary of discussion points and supporting documentation for the agenda
topics. Please review the supporting documentation prior to the meeting. If you have any
