From time to time it is important to assess the preferences
of Committee members as to the general organization of our
regular meetings. I enclose a brief questionnaire covering that
topic and ask that you give it your attention.
We seek your input in our effort to organize meetings that
provide meaningful discussions and continue to utilize the time
of those associated with the Committee in the best way. If you
