RE: ANNUAL INFORMATION SURVEY

As the Institute's activities on behalf of our associate
members have increased, we find it necessary to retain more
complete information about your activities for use in testimony,
comment letters, etc. We also would like to verify information
on your company name, address, telephone number, etc., for use in
our Membership Directory.
Would you please take a few minutes and complete the
enclosed survey and return it to the Institute by August 31,
1989. The information maintained on each associate member is
confidential and the Institute will only use aggregate numbers
when publishing statistical data.
