RE: PENSION COMMITTEE MEETING – FEBRUARY 6, 2001 - FINAL AGENDA
The next Pension Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 6, 2001 at the
Institute’s offices at 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor Washington, D.C. (near the McPherson
Square Metro stop). The meeting will be held from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m. A
continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
We have invited Marjorie Hoffman of the Internal Revenue Service to discuss the recent
proposed regulations on section 401(a)(9) minimum required distributions during lunch. We
plan to discuss the proposed regulations in detail following Ms. Hoffman’s remarks at the
luncheon discussion. Attached is the final agenda for the meeting.
If you have not yet done so, please indicate whether you plan to attend the meeting by
