RE: MEETING AGENDA - FEBRUARY 1, 2001
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held on February 1,
2001 at the St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio, TX. The meeting will take place in the Travis
Room on the Mezzanine Level and will begin at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served at noon and the
meeting is expected to conclude no later than 3 pm.
The St. Anthony Hotel is located at 300 East Travis Street and is two blocks from the
Riverwalk and 15 minutes from San Antonio International Airport. Taxis and shuttle buses are
available at the exit near baggage claim. The hotel has valet and self-parking.
BDAC DINNER – JANUARY 31
On January 31, the BDAC dinner will be held in the Alamo Room at Biga on the Banks
located at 203 South St. Mary’s Street in the International Center in San Antonio. A reception
will begin at 6:30 pm and dinner at 7 pm. Dinner attendees will be billed for their portion of the
dinner charges. Biga on the Banks is approximately five blocks from the St. Anthony Hotel.
BDAC RIVER WALK – FEBRUARY 1
On February 1, all BDAC meeting attendees are invited to participate in a walk along
San Antonio’s famous River Walk (weather permitting.) Participants are invited to meet in the
hotel lobby near the Registration Desk at 7 am. The walk will last approximately 45 minutes.
ATTIRE
Attire for the meeting and dinner is business casual.
