RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - FEBRUARY 28, 2001
A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, February
28, 2001 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington,
D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at 10:00
a.m. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
Due to the size of the committee, we want to remind you that only one person per
complex should attend the meeting. Please indicate in the space provided below whether you
or an alternate will be able to attend the meeting. In addition, please provide any items that
you would like to discuss at the meeting.
