RE: 2001 INTERNAL AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING DATES
Set forth below are the proposed dates for the meetings of the Internal Audit Advisory
Committee in 2001:
1. Tuesday, March 6, 2001
2. Tuesday, November 6, 2001
Please note that it is possible that either or both of these dates may need to be changed
due to unforeseeable circumstances. In any event, as in the past, we will send committee
members a notice announcing the final meeting date four to six weeks before each meeting.
