RE: MEETING NOTICE - FEBRUARY 1, 2001
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held on February 1,
2001 at the St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio, TX. The meeting will take place in the Travis
Room and will begin at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served and the meeting is expected to conclude
no later than 3 pm.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the St. Anthony Hotel at the rate of $139
single/$149 double; please call the hotel directly at 210/227-4392 to make your reservations and
be sure to identify yourself as an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee in order to
receive the ICI rate. The ICI rate is available until January 8, please make your reservations by
then in order to ensure that you receive the reduced rate.
The BDAC dinner will be held on January 31 at Biga on the Banks located at 203 South
St. Mary’s Street in San Antonio. A reception will begin at 6:30 pm and dinner at 7 pm. Dinner
attendees will be billed for their portion of the dinner charges.
Attire for the meeting and dinner is business casual
We welcome your suggestions for agenda items and committee projects, please be sure
to submit them in advance of the meeting on the attached form or to justine@ici.org.

a representative of your firm will be attending the meeting. Please fax the completed forms to

A meeting agenda will be mailed several weeks prior to the meeting date.
