Attached please find the final agenda for the Committee meeting scheduled for
Thursday, January 11 in San Antonio. If you plan to attend the meeting and have not yet done
so, please complete the attached Attendance Response Form and return it to ICI by fax. If

Vicky Staub has kindly invited us to hold the meeting at the San Antonio offices of the
American Funds Group (Capital Group). The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end no later
than 2:00 p.m. As part of the agenda, Vicky has arranged for a short tour of the facility
following lunch at approximately 1:00 p.m. The offices are located at 3500 Wiseman Boulevard
and are about ½ hour from the airport.
As you were previously informed,1 we had reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Hill
Country Resort hotel, which is nearby. (The block was being held at the guaranteed rate of
$179.00 per night through December 20 and may not continue to be available at that rate after
that date.) For reservations please call the hotel directly at (210) 647-1234. Please identify
yourself as being with the Investment Company Institute.
Shuttle service is available to and from the hotel to the airport via Worldtrans. For
shuttle information, please contact the Worldtrans service directly at (210) 520-4083. An
information sheet regarding shuttle reservations is attached.
