[12763] October 19, 2000 TO: BOARD OF GOVERNORS No. 61-00 RE: INSTITUTE FILES REPLY TO PLAINTIFFS’ OPPOSITION TO MOTION TO DISMISS ROHRBAUGH ACTION As we previously informed you, in September the plaintiffs in the Rohrbaugh action against the Institute filed a Memorandum in Opposition to the Institute’s Motion to Dismiss that action.* On October 16th, the Institute filed a Reply Memorandum of Law in Further Support of Its Motion to Dismiss the Complaint.
