RE: SEC MUNICIPAL MARKET ROUNDTABLE
The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced that it will hold its Second
Annual Municipal Market Roundtable on October 12, 2000, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at SEC
headquarters in Washington, D.C. Attached is a press release regarding the Roundtable.
According to the press release, the Roundtable will include the following panels:
Panel 1 – Current Disclosure Issues in the Primary and Secondary Markets; Panel 2 – Current
Issues Related to MSRB Rules; and Panel 3 – Use of Electronic Media.
The Roundtable is open to the public. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-
serve basis.
