RE: PLAINTIFFS FILE OPPOSITION TO INSTITUTE’S MOTION TO DISMISS
ROHRBAUGH ACTION
As we previously informed you, in July the Institute filed a Motion to Dismiss the
Rohrbaugh action against the Institute.* On September 18th, the plaintiffs in this matter filed a
Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss.
A copy of plaintiffs’ Memorandum is attached. The Institute’s reply brief is due on
October 16th.
