Enclosed you will find a copy of the Summary Tables and
Questionnaire from the distribution research. Many of you left
the volume behind after the last Committee meeting, others did
not attend, so for the convenience of all, we make this official
mailing.
As you will read in the Introduction, the summary is
compiled as a reference document to support each of the charts or
tables in the first report. This should help to answer questions
or to make additional use of the data. Further copies of this
summary or the report itself are available on request.
If you have requests for additional information or
