This is to notify you that the Transfer Agent Shareholder
Accounting Advisory Committee meeting which was tentatively set at the
April 24, 1989 meeting to be held on June 22, 1989 in Boston has been
postponed until sometime in July. A memorandum will follow shortly
giving the date, time and place and agenda for the July meeting.
