MEETING

The September 21st BDAC meeting date has been cancelled. The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer
Advisory Committee will take place in conjunction with the ICI Operations Conference on Wednesday,
October 18th, 2000 in the Spinnaker Room in the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina located 1380
Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA. The meeting will run from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. A buffet lunch
will be served at noon.
Committee Dinner
There will be a committee dinner the evening of October 18th at Rainwater’s on Kettner at 1202
Kettner Boulevard, San Diego, CA. Cocktails will be served at 6:30 with guests being seated for dinner
at 7:00 PM in the East Room. Please signify your interest in attending the committee dinner on the
attached response form.
Accommodations
We have reserved a block of rooms in conjunction with the ICI Operations Conference which
begins October 15th and concludes at noon on October 18th. The conference will be held at The
Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina located at 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA. Please
contact the Sheraton at 619-291-2900 and identify yourself as an Investment Company Institute (ICI)
meeting attendee to reserve a room. Room rates are $184 single/$204 double for a Main House room
and $209 single/$229 double for a Club level room. The cut off date for reservations at the ICI rate is
September 20th, 2000.
