Enclosed is a copy of the Institute’s 2000 Membership Directory & Guide. This Directory is intended to
provide you with a handy reference guide of the Institute’s membership and their primary contacts,
committee members and Institute staff. Please note that the cut-off date for updated member
information was December 31, 1999. Therefore, changes reported to the Institute after this date, or new
members who have since joined, may not appear in this year’s edition.
There is a form on page 201 that may be used to indicate changes or updates to the information printed
in the Directory. However, changes to standing committee representatives must be done separately in
writing and signed by the group’s primary contact.
This Directory has been divided into eight sections, which are detailed in the Table of Contents. Section
VII (page 163) lists ICI and ICI Mutual staff with a brief description of each department, direct-dial
phone numbers and e-mail addresses of each staff member.
This publication is for the exclusive use of Institute members, and is not to be made available to any
nonmember (such as a service provider), nor be used for solicitation purposes. Additional free copies of
