As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been
scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, 2000 in New York City. The meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. at
the Marriott Marquis, 1535 Broadway, New York, N.Y. in the Kern and Sullivan Rooms on the fourth
floor of the hotel. Lunch will be served at the meeting.
