RE: FUND/SERV EXTENDED CORRECTION PROCESSING BUSINESS PLAN

As a result of the April 27-28, 1989 Broker/Dealer Advisory
Committee meeting, NSCC has re-issued the September 8, 1988
business plan with regard to the Fund/SERV Extended Correction
Process. A revised draft of that business plan is attached.
As per Chris Hayes of NSCC, please review this plan and
provide your written comments, concerns or endorsements as soon
as possible.
