The Institute has had a very successful legislative session and has achieved one of its major legislative goals with the passage of the Financial Modernization Bill. Leslie played a major role in these legislative efforts and has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the Institute now that the session is about over. Don Morrissey, a member of the Institute’s legislative staff since 1995, has assumed Leslie’s position as Vice President Legislative Affairs. Matthew P. Fink President
