RE: VALUATION PROCEDURES TASK FORCE

Enclosed are the updated roster and meeting protocol for the Valuation Procedures
Task Force. The roster has expanded significantly since July when it was first issued. The group
provides a forum to discuss market events or issues that have an ongoing effect on the valuation
of mutual fund portfolio securities for a large segment of the industry.
The purpose of meetings held by this group is to share information and practices. There
will be no conclusion or consensus reached regarding the subject matter of individual meetings.
Please review the task force roster and meeting protocol. If your organization is not
