RE: SEC MUNICIPAL MARKET ROUNDTABLE AGENDA

The Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") today released the full agenda and panelists
for the Municipal Market Roundtable it will host on Thursday, October 14, 1999. According to the
SEC’s release, the Roundtable is intended to provide a forum for market participants, including
issuers, underwriters, bond counsel, financial advisers, scholars and regulators, to explore current
issues relating to disclosure and other practices in the municipal marketplace. The Roundtable will be
held at the SEC and is open to the public.
