Attached is a final schedule of events for the Friday, October 8, 1999 Board meeting. The
meeting will begin at 9:30 am in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor of the Institute
(1401 H Street, NW, Washington) and is expected to end no later than 2:00 pm. Please make a special
note of the Chairman’s Council reception and the Board reception and dinner on October 7th.
If you have not already done so, please return the completed response form via fax to indicate
whether or not you will be attending the October events.
