RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - SEPTEMBER 23, 1999

The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place on Thursday,
September 23, 1999 at the Investment Company Institute in the David Silver Conference Room on the
12th floor. The meeting will run from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a lunch provided at noon.
The Committee dinner will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 1999 at DC Coast located at
1401 K Street, NW (14th Street). There will be a reception from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m.
with business casual attire for the dinner only.
