Attached is a summary of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meeting held on May 18,

The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday,
September 23, 1999 at the Investment Company Institute. It will begin at 10 am and is expected to
conclude by 3 pm. There will be a committee dinner on Wednesday September 22 at DC Coast. For
details regarding the meeting and dinner, please refer to BDAC Memorandum 13-99.
