This conference was previously known as the Securities Law Procedures Conference. Representatives from the mutual fund industry, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, NASD Regulation, Inc., and outside counsel will comprise the conference panels and will focus their discussion on current mutual fund regulatory issues including: Current Rulemaking; No-action Positions, Interpretations and Exemptive Applications; Compliance Issues; and NASD Issues.
