Agendas for the June 9 meeting on “Calculating After-Tax Returns” and the June 10 Tax
Committee meeting -- to be held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown (540 North Michigan Avenue,
Chicago Illinois) -- are attached. Like the June meeting last year in Chicago, attire for the meetings will
be business casual. If you plan to attend either or both of these meetings and have not yet notified the
Institute’s Trish Phillips, please call her at 202-218-3560, fax her at 202-326-5841 or e-mail her at

We have arranged two dinner options for those planning to spend the evening of June 9 in
Chicago. First, Bud Rein of Van Kampen has made arrangements for approximately 18 of us to see the
Chicago White Sox play the Houston Astros at 7:05 in an Ernst & Young box at Comiskey Park.
Second, Debbie Pege of Fidelity and the Institute’s Deanna Flores have arranged a 6:00 p.m. visit to the
Museum of Contemporary Art, followed by an 8:00 p.m. dinner at Bistro 110. If you would like to
attend one of these dinners and have not yet notified the Institute’s Trish Phillips, please let her know at
your earliest convenience. Tickets for the baseball game are strictly first come, first serve.
