This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Transfer Agent Shareholder Accounting Advisory Committee
beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 24, 1989, in the 6th
Floor Board Room of the Investment Company Institute, 1600 M
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036. The meeting will include
lunch and is expected to be over by 3:00 p.m.
