RE: CHANGE OF MEETING DATE - MEETING NOW SET FOR JUNE 15

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Investment Advisers Committee meeting has been rescheduled
to Tuesday, June 15, 1999 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room on the
12th floor. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
As we previously advised you, Bob Plaze, the Associate Director of the SEC’s Division of
Investment Management, will attend the meeting to participate in an informal discussion of the SEC’s
agenda with respect to investment advisers. If there are particular issues you would like Bob to address,
please list them below.
Please indicate in the space provided below whether you or an alternate plan to attend the
meeting. In addition, please provide on the form below any items that you would like the committee to
discuss at the meeting. Persons who previously sent the attendance form will need to resubmit a new
form to the Institute. We look forward to seeing you on June 15.
