The Institute recently circulated a revised draft of the uniform 401(k) plan fee disclosure form.1
This revised disclosure form includes changes suggested by representatives of the American Council of
Life Insurance, the American Bankers Association and the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America.
Comments on the revised disclosure form are due by COB, Tuesday, May 4.
A conference call has been scheduled to discuss member comments on the revised
disclosure form on Friday, May 7, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. EST. If you would like to participate on this call,
