RE: UPDATE REGARDING MAY 7, 1999 BOARD OF GOVERNORS MEETING

Due to the cancellation of the IMPAC candidate reception, a notice of which was sent to you
last week, we have decided to begin the Board of Governors reception and dinner at 6:30 PM rather
than 7:00 PM on Thursday May 6, 1999. The reception will be held in the Buchanan Room at the
Willard hotel. Dinner will be served in the Pierce Room. Senator Robert Bennett (R-UT), Chairman of
the Senate Special Committee on the Year 2000 Technology Problem will address the Board.
I look forward to seeing you on May 7th.
