RE: MICHIGAN'S FORM FOR CLAIMING THE BLUE CHIP EXEMPTION

At the request of the Michigan Securities Bureau we are
again sending the form which is required for claiming the blue
chip exemption in Michigan. The form consists of a Notice of
Intention to Sell Securities on one side and a Consent to Service
of Process and Undertaking on the second side. Both sides of the
form must be completed and filed with the Michigan Corporation
and Securities Bureau.
Apparently in the reproduction of our memorandum to State
Securities Members No. 4-89 and to Unit Investment Trust Members
No. 10-89, dated January 24, 1989, the pages were incorrectly
assembled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
