RE: FY 2000 MEETING SCHEDULE

Attached is the meeting schedule for Fiscal Year 2000.
One change I want to highlight is the dates for the January meetings. Historically the January meetings
have been held on a Tuesday and Wednesday with Monday being reserved for an Executive Committee
meeting and informal activities. In 2000, the meetings are being shortened by one day. The Executive
Committee will meet on Sunday, January 30, 2000 and the Board of Governors will meet on Monday
and Tuesday, January 31 and February 1, 2000. Informal activities will be scheduled on Sunday and
Monday afternoons.
The January meetings have always allowed extra time for Governors to discuss topics important to the
long-term future of the industry and to build relationships with one another. The revised schedule will
still provide time for extended discussion and informal activities but will also enable Governors to return
home on Tuesday afternoon if they prefer to do so.
