Attached is a draft of the Institute’s comment letter addressing the Internal
Revenue Service’s proposed technology regulations. The comment letter was developed
after a conference call discussion with interested members on February 18.
Please review the draft and contact me with any comments or suggestions by close
of business, Friday, March 12. The letter must be filed by Thursday, March 18. I can
