The Institute has recently published a revised edition of its State Guide to Pension Withholding
and Reporting, which is now available to members, associate members and subscribers. The Guide
contains information relating to state income tax reporting and withholding requirements with respect to
distributions from retirement plans. Also included in the Guide is a detailed listing and description of
each state's reporting and withholding forms, and applicable tables.
